Mad props to Peace & Love & Jigs & Reels for their great show before us at the D Note, and then rockin' with us for a few tunes. Also, I'd like to give a shout out to Gusty for his wicked didgeridoo and harmonica playing. It's always so much fun to play with great musicians!
Also, new pictures from the Longs Peak Scottish Irish Festival have been uploaded! Check them out in The Gallery!
What's also really cool:
The first two albums, The Heroic Adventures of Angus Mohr and Live At The Nomad: Celtic Concert For Tibet can be heard RIGHT NOW on Rhapsody
September 2008
Whoa, how time flies...
We've been very busy lately, working extra hard for all of you. We've been playing out and playing in, making new music in the studio and on the stage for your enjoyment. We just played at the Long's Peak Scottish Irish Festival in Estes Park, CO, which was a blast. We met several new friends there and had a great time.
And oh yeah, by the way:
We just released our BRAND NEW album,
"Symphony From The Ghost Ship"
Available for the first time-- and literally hot off the press--Friday, September 4 at the Scot-Fest, this record is sure to delight fans old and new.
Now available at Albums On The Hill in Boulder, CO and online at CD Baby and Indie Rhythm
Stay tuned for further updates, coming soon to a website near you!
May 2008
Hey, what do ya know? We've been updating the website a bit, hopefully to your liking. Hopefully the changes will continue to grow, like a lovely flower blossoming in the spring. Say, what was up with that blizzard on May Day, anyway?
April 2008
So, it's been a while since the last major update. What's been happening, you ask? Oh, where to begin...
We played sold-out shows at The D-Note and Nissi's during St. Patrick's Weekend, which was a blast. We then spent the next several weeks recovering and working on our various ongoing recording projects, to be released within the year.
We're preparing for festivals throughout the summer and fall--we'll be sure to keep everyone informed as soon as the dates are finalized.
In the midst of all of this, we've been trying to keep up the Angus Mohr MySpace page. Join us, or else!
You can also see a bootlegged Angus Mohr video on YouTube. How fascinating.
We hope to see all of you soon.
February 2008
Hooray!
Congratulations to Terall and Adina, and their youngest wee one, Gavin. It brings us great pleasure to know there is one more little Angus Mohr fan out there. What's even better is that he doesn't have a choice about it.

Terall and Adina at the Conifer Mountain Music Festival last summer. Aren't they so cute?!

Without further ado, may we present:
The Heroic Adventures of Angus Mohr
Our first studio album, produced by Doug Haywood at Mohr Fire Productions and First Hand Studio in Lafayette, Colorado.
This album features didgeridoo by Gusty Christensen! (Check out Gusty's didgeridoos!) But on what track? You'll just have to listen and find out for yourself...
In addition to being fun to listen to, this CD also makes a fine drinking companion. It may talk back to you, but generally it has nice things to say, unlike most of your friends.
Also be sure to check out our live album. It too makes a good drinking buddy:
Celtic Concert for Tibet: Live at the Nomad Theater
Angus Mohr's first album, a benefit for our friends the Tibetan Village Project!
Recorded at the Nomad Theater in Boulder, Colorado by Gusty Christensen
Produced by Doug Haywood
